Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- Seeds of 2 vanilla beans, scraped
1½ C milk
- 3 egg yolks
⅔ C sugar
- 1 C heavy cream
- Add all ingredients to jar and close the lid.
Using plunger lid, blend mixture on "Ice" setting. Use plunger to push around the contents. If the ice cream isn't the consistency desired, pulse until correct consistency is reached.
- Once blending is finished, dispense product into container of choice.
- If mixture is too runny, place in freezer for 20 minutes then serve.
