- 3 T olive oil
- 4 Roma tomatoes, quartered
- 1 red onion, quartered
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 T white wine vinegar
- 3 T brown sugar
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 T chili flakes
In a pan, sauté oil, garlic, and onions.
- Add remaining ingredients to jar. Pour cooked ingredients on top.
Using the plunger lid, set to "Fresh" and blend for 30 seconds.
- Once finished, pour into a serving dish and enjoy.
