Directions

1. In a pan, sauté oil, garlic, and onions.

2. Add remaining ingredients to jar. Pour cooked ingredients on top.

3. Using the plunger lid, set to "Fresh" and blend for 30 seconds.

4. Once finished, pour into a serving dish and enjoy.
