Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
- 6 sweet potatoes
1 ½ c water
- Poke holes in potatoes with a fork and place them into cooker on the steamer rack.
- Set cooker to "potatoes" and adjust for 15 minutes.
When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid. Carefully open lid. Remove sweet potatoes from the cooker and cut open. Stuff the potatoes with your favorite toppings including: chicken, guacamole, jalapeño, or sour cream.
