3 -¾ c water
1-¼ c steel-cut oats
- 1 T olive oil
- fresh fruit, brown (optional)
- Add oil and water to pressure cooker. Add oats. Stir to combine.
- Close and lock the lid, set pressure cooker to "multi grain", and adjust time to 12 minutes. Press Start/stop.
- When done, allow pressure cooker to naturally release for 15 minutes then do a quick release to make sure all pressure is released before opening lid.
- Carefully open lid and stir. Serve with fruit or brown sugar.
