Southwest Grilled Shrimp Skewers
- 24 large shrimp, frozen, peeled and deveined
- 2 T dark chili powder
¼ t ground cumin
¼ t ground ginger
- Cooking spray
- Preheat Bravo and set to bake at 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix dry spices. Season shrimp with spices. Skewer 6 shrimp onto 4 skewers.
Spray enamel baking pan with cooking spray. Place shrimp with pan on cooking rack in position 3. Cook at 400°F for 3 minutes.
- Add more seasoning to shrimp and continue baking for an additional 6 min. or until shrimp turn pink and are opaque.
