Glazed Baby Carrots WITH MINT
- 2 lbs baby carrots
- 4 T butter
½ c water
½ c brown sugar
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- 3 T mint, fresh, fine chop (garnish)
- Add all ingredients to pressure cooker.
- Close and lock lid, set pressure cooker to "steam/veggies", and press "start/stop".
- When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid.
- Carefully open lid and stir in mint.
- Check seasoning and add salt and pepper, if needed.
