1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 T butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ c chicken stock
2 T parsley, chopped
pinch of salt and pepper
Set pressure cooker to “sear” and add butter.
Place in garlic and begin to brown. Add shrimp and chicken stock. Season with salt and pepper.
Close and lock lid and set cooker to “fish” for 2 minutes. Press "start/stop".
When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid. Carefully open lid.
Bring mixture up to a simmer by setting the cooker to “sear". Garnish with parsley and serve.
