Salmon and Asparagus
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 lemon, cut in half
- 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (skin on)
- 6 pieces asparagus
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Set Skillet to 400ºF and add butter.
- Once melted, place lemons open side down directly in Skillet.
- Place salmon skin side down, and cook for 6 minutes.
- Flip salmon, add asparagus, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Reduce to 350ºF and continue cooking for 6 minutes.
