- 3 large eggs
- 1 c sugar, granulated
- 2-3 t pumpkin pie spice
- 1 c evaporated milk
- 1 (5-oz) can pumpkin
- ¼ t sea salt
- 1 stick butter, unsalted, melted
- 1 (9-inch) pie crust
Preheat oven to 425°F. Place pie crust in pie pan. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
Pour into uncooked pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 350°F and bake for an additional 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
