¼ c canola oil
¾ c jumbo popcorn kernels
- Extra-virgin olive oil, as needed
- Kosher salt, as needed
Pour canola oil into Inner Pot. Press "PRESSURE COOK". Press "SEAR" then press "TEMP" and turn "START/PAUSE" dial to adjust to 450°F. Press "TIME" and turn "START/PAUSE" dial to adjust time to 13 min. Press "START/PAUSE" to begin to preheat for 5 min.
- After 5 min., pour popcorn kernels into Inner Pot in the hot oil. Using a spatula, spread the kernels into a single layer for even popping.
- Place Slow Cook (glass) Lid on top. Let kernels pop for 8 minutes.
- Once the popcorn has finished popping the Duet will turn off.
- Using Black Silicone Mitts or oven mitts, remove Lid and lift up pot. Pour into a bowl and drizzle with extra-virgin olive and add kosher salt.
