- 2 c bow-tie pasta
- 1 can tomatoes, diced
- 8 oz basil pesto
- Add, pasta, tomatoes pesto, chicken stock to pressure cooker and stir.
- Close and lock lid, set to multi grain, and adjust for 8 minutes.
- When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid. Open and add baby spinach. Stir the contents in cooker. Top with grated Parmesan, serve, and enjoy.
