Perfect Peach Ice Cream
⅔ C sugar
1½ t vanilla extract
- 1 C cream
- 1 lb frozen peaches
- Pinch of salt
- Add all ingredients to jar, except for frozen peaches.
- Using the plunger lid, blend mixture on 10 for 15 seconds.
- Once finished, add in frozen peaches.
Using plunger lid, blend mixture on "Ice" setting. Use plunger to push around the frozen fruit. If the ice cream isn't the consistency desired, pulse until correct consistency is reached.
- If mixture is too runny, place in freezer for 20 minutes then serve.
