Parmesan Garlic Artichokes
- 4 artichokes
- 2 t garlic, minced
¼ c shredded Parmesan
½ c water
- Trim and wash artichokes. Spread open each artichoke and top with garlic and oil. Sprinkle cheese over the tops and place onto steamer rack. Pour water into pot and close and lock the lid.
- Set pressure cooker to "steam/veggies", adjust time to 8 minutes, and press "start/stop".
- When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid. Carefully open lid and remove artichokes. Serve and enjoy.
