Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, diced
¼c soy sauce
¼c water

2T brown sugar

1T rice wine vinegar

1t sesame oil
¼t chili sauce
½c orange marmalade

3T cornstarch

2 green onions, chopped
Directions
- Set to "sear" and add sesame oil.

When oil is hot, add chicken, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and chili sauce. Stir.

Close lid and lock. Set to "poultry" and adjust for 5 minutes.

When done, quick release until all pressure is released.

Open and add marmalade. Stir.

Add cornstarch and water to thicken sauce.

Plate, top with green onions, and serve.
