Oatmeal with Blueberries, Cherries, and Apricots
- 7 cups water
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 4 cups oats
- ½ cup agave
- 1 cup dried fruit (blueberries, cherries, or apricots)
- Pour water and salt in skillet, set it to 300ºF and bring to a boil.
- Add oats and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add agave and dried fruit, stir and serve.
Hold Oatmeal at 120ºF. If it is sitting after 4 hours, increase temperature up to 140ºF.
