Ingredients
- 7 cups water

1 teaspoon sea salt

4 cups oats

½ cup agave

1 cup dried fruit (blueberries, cherries, or apricots)
Directions
- Pour water and salt in skillet, set it to 300ºF and bring to a boil.

Add oats and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add agave and dried fruit, stir and serve.
Recipe Note
TIPS
Hold Oatmeal at 120ºF. If it is sitting after 4 hours, increase temperature up to 140ºF.
