⅓ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup dry red wine
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- Mix all into a bowl and let sit for 2 hours before using.
