- 1 lb penne pasta
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 mushrooms, chopped
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 T olive oil
- Set pressure cooker to "sear" and add olive oil, garlic, and zucchini. Once browned, add ingredients for the sauce.
- Pour penne in the sauce mixture and season with salt and pepper. Add mushrooms.
- Close and lock the lid and set to multi grain for 6 minutes. Press start/stop.
- When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid. Stir, serve, and enjoy.
