Max Power Shake
- 1 C water
- 1 C Greek yogurt
- 4 frozen strawberries
- 1 t flaxseed oil
- 4 scoops protein powder
- 1 scoop creatine (optional)
- Place all ingredients into the jar and close the lid.
- Set to speed 9 and blend for 15 seconds.
- If mixture is still chunky, pulse to desired consistency.
- Remove lid, pour into desired cup, and enjoy.
