- 2 c dry lentils (brown)
4 ½ c water
- 3 oz tomato sauce
- Pinch of salt and pepper
⅓ t cumin
- hard or soft tortillas
- Add all ingredients to pressure cooker and stir.
- Close and lock the lid, set cooker to rice and adjust for 15 minutes.
- When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid.
- Carefully open lid and stir lentils. Serve with hard- or soft-shell tortillas and desired taco toppings.
