- 1 lb chicken wings
- 1 t canola oil
- ¼ t freshly ground black pepper
- 1½ T sambal
- 1 T Sriracha
- 1 T black bean paste
- In a large mixing bowl, add wings, oil, and pepper. Toss to coat wings.
- Place wings in Fry Pan Basket and set to 400°F for 20 minutes.
- While wings are cooking, in another mixing bowl, add sambal, Sriracha, and black bean paste. Mix well.
- When wings are cooked, remove. Toss wings in sauce to coat. Serve with favorite dipping sauce.
