Jasmine Rice with Sesame Seeds
- 1c jasmine rice
- 1T Asian sesame oil
- 1t unsalted butter
- Kosher salt, to taste
- 1T black sesame seeds, toasted (optional)
- 1t white sesame seeds, toasted (optional)
Rinse rice; drain.
- Pour rice in cooker along with butter, water, and oil. Close lid and lock.
- Set cooker to "rice" and adjust for 10 minutes.
- When done, quick release until all pressure is released.
- Open, fluff with fork. Add in sesame seeds.
