Directions

1. Add egg yolk, mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, Worcestershire, water, and _C oil to jar.

2. Set blender to "10" and blend for 1 minute. Remove plunger cap and slowly add oil while continuing to blend until mixture reaches thickness of traditional mayonnaise.

3. Season with salt and Tabasco®

4. Refrigerate overnight.
