Hawaiian BBQ Chicken
- 2 lbs chicken breast
1-½ c BBQ sauce
1-½ t soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can pineapple, chunked
- Add chicken breast to pressure cooker and set to slow cook.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, soy sauce, and garlic.
- Pour sauce and pineapple over the chicken.
- Place glass lid on and cook for 4 hrs. Remove lid and carefully shred the chicken. Serve with rice or on sliders.
