- ½ chicken, cut into pieces
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat NuWave Brio to 390°F.
Place flour and seasonings in plastic bag; set aside.
- Combine buttermilk and egg in shallow bowl.
- Place chicken pieces in flour bag and shake.
- Transfer chicken to buttermilk mixture to coat, then return to flour mixture.
- Once preheated, place battered chicken pieces in NuWave Brio Basket and airfry for 25 minutes.
