- 2c farro, rinsed
- 2c water
- Seasoning of choice
- Add water, farro, and seasonings to pressure cooker.
- Close lid and lock. Set to "rice" and adjust for 13 min. Press "start."
- When done, natural release, 5 minutes.
- Afterward, quick release until all pressure is released.
- Open. Drain any remaining liquid and serve.
