- 2 C water
- 12 oz chocolate
- 1 t vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 C Ice
- Add all ingredients to jar and close the lid.
Using plunger lid, blend mixture on "Ice" setting. Use plunger to push around the contents. If the sorbet isn't the consistency desired then pulse until correct consistency is reached.
- If mixture is too runny, place in freezer for 20 minutes then serve.
- Once blending is finished, dispense product into container of choice.
