1 lb small potatoes, peeled, ½-inch dice
1 c water
1 t oil
3 T butter
Place water and oil into pressure cooker and place steamer basket with potatoes into pressure cooker.
Close and lock lid, set pressure cooker to “potatoes”, and adjust time to 5 minutes. Press "start/stop".
When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid.
Carefully open lid and season potatoes with butter, salt, pepper, and parsley.
Serve and enjoy.
