- 1 cup corn muffin mix
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 eggs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
- Spray baking pan with non-stick spray.
- Pour batter into the Brio Baking Pan and place pan in NuWave Brio Basket.
- Air fry at 375°F for 35 minutes.
