- 2 (12-oz) bags fresh cranberries
- 1 C sugar
- 2 T fresh rosemary
- 3 oranges, juice and zest
⅛ t nutmeg, ground
¼ t sea salt
Place all ingredients in jar, set to 10, and blend for 5 minutes.
Let the sauce rest for 5 minutes.
Blend on the same setting for 5 additional minutes.
Allow sauce to cool. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
