Sauces & Marinades
- 4 cup cranberries, rinsed
- 1 (1½-inch) piece ginger, grated
- ½ cup tangerine juice
- 1 cup sugar
- Add all ingredients together to NuWave Pressure Cooker and stir to combine.
- Cover and lock in push plate.
- Turn pressure regulator to 1 for low pressure.
- Set NuWave PIC to 250°F and cook for 15 minutes.
- Let Pressure Cooker sit for 5-10 minutes to let pressure naturally release before unlocking push plate and removing lid.
- Serve and enjoy.
