- 4 egg whites
- 3 c sweetened coconut, shredded
- ½ c sugar, granulated
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Or, use Silicone Baking Pan.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk egg whites until frothy. Add sugar and mix until combined. Add coconut and mix with a spoon.
Using a rounded spoon, drop cookie doughballs into the enamel baking pan or in Silicone Baking Pan. Bake for 12-17 minutes or until browned . Cool before eating.
