1½ C chocolate chips
- 1 egg
1½ t vanilla extract
- 1 C heavy cream
- Place all ingredients into the blender, except the heavy cream.
- Set blender to speed 5 for 25 seconds using the plunger lid. Combine ingredients.
- Slowly pour the cream into the running blender and blend for an additional 20 seconds until combined well.
- Remove lid and pour into desired container and refrigerate.
