- 12 ounces milk chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate or sweet cooking chocolate
- ½ cup half-and-half
- ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
- 4 cups of dippers (fruit, cakes)
- Heat chocolate and half-and-half in heavy saucepan over medium-low heat (170 degrees) stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat. Add cinnamon.
- Pour fondue in fondue pot over water bath and keep warm.
- If the chocolate becomes thick, add heavy cream to thin.
