Directions

1. To blender, add milk, stock, scallion, potatoes, and rosemary.

2. Using the plunger lid, set to "Soup" and blend for 6 minutes.

3. Use the plunger to move around any pieces that may get caught inside jar.
4. Remove the plunger cap and add in spinach, salt, and pepper.
5. Once blending is complete, carefully open the lid and add in chicken.
6. Close lid and pulse for about 10 seconds.
7. Remove the lid. Garnish with green onions.
8. Serve and enjoy.
