Chicken Liver Pâté
- 1 lb chicken livers
- 3 T butter
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- Pinch of salt and pepper
In a pan, melt butter and sauté chicken livers.
- Place contents of pan into jar and add onions, salt, and pepper.
- Using the plunger lid, set blender to speed 8 and blend for 2 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
