Chicken Alfredo Tortellini
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 3 c alfredo sauce
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 4 c cheese tortellini
- Set pressure cooker to "slow cook" and place chicken breast in the pot.
- Cover the chicken with Alfredo sauce and season with salt and pepper.
Cover pressure cooker with glass lid only. Do not close using the cooker's lid. Set to "slow cook" and adjust time to 2 hrs.
- Remove the lid and shred the chicken. Pour in garlic and tortellini. Let warm for 20 minutes then serve and enjoy.
