- 5 T butter
⅓ c cocoa powder
- 1 c sugar
¾ t baking powder
2 large eggs
⅓ T vanilla extract
½ c caramel candies
In a bowl, mix together dry ingredients. In another bowl, combine wet ingredients. Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Spray a springform pan with oil and line the bottom with parchment paper. In the center of the paper, place caramel candies. Pour brownie mixture over the top and then cover with foil.
Place steamer rack into the bottom of the cooker and pour in 1c of water. Lower in the springform pan and lay on top of rack.
- Close and lock the lid, set to "Bake", and adjust for 45 minutes.
- When done, allow cooker to naturally release, then quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid.
- Carefully open the lid and remove pan and steamer rack. Allow brownies to cool. Release brownies from the springform pan. Serve and enjoy.
