For seasoning, place all ingredients except pork rind pellets into a mixing bowl and combine. Set mixture aside.
Place pork rind pellets into the Air Fry Basket. Place on Air Fryer Lid. Press “AIR FRY” and set to 400°F. Cook until pellets puff up to 3-4 times their normal size, about 3 minutes.
Carefully remove Air Fryer Lid. Remove chicharrones from fryer basket and season with BBQ seasoning from bowl.
