Baked Sweet Potatoes
- 4 sweet potatoes
- 2 T olive oil
- Pinch of salt
- Rub your sweet potatoes with olive oil and prick the potatoes with a fork. Season with salt.
- Set your Bravo to Bake at 425°F for 45 minutes and place the Baking Pan on a Cooking Rack at lowest position.
- Once finished carefully remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Split open and top with butter and salt. Serve and enjoy.
