Baked French Toast
- 4 eggs
- ¼ c milk
- 4 slices day-old white or whole wheat bread
- Cooking spray
- Powdered sugar
- Maple butter (optional)
- Preheat Bravo 400°F.
Beat eggs and milk in large bowl. Pour egg mixture into 10-inch nonstick round roasting pan. Place 4 bread slices in pan. Turn slices over. Let stand until egg mixture is absorbed.
Spray a 10-inch round roasting pan with cooking spray. Place bread in pan. Place in Bravo and cook at 400°F for 8 minutes.
- When done, remove French toast from Bravo and dust with powdered sugar.
- Serve with maple butter (optional).
