- 20 raw sea scallops
- 5 slices bacon
- 1 t paprika
- Oil spray
- 20 toothpicks
- Drain and rinse scallops. Place on paper towels to soak up moisture.
- Wrap each scallop with a piece of bacon, and then use toothpicks to hold bacon in place. Season the scallops.
- Place scallops in single layer into the Basket.
- Air-fry at 400°F for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Carefully remove from fryer. Gently remove toothpicks, then place on serving dish.
