Bacon and Sausage
- 8 ounces sliced bacon or 16 ounces thick sliced bacon
- 8 (4-ounces each) sausage patties
- Set Skillet to 300ºF and add bacon and or sausage.
- Cook for 6 minutes per side, until bacon reach desired crispiness.
Ensure sausage patties have internal temperature of 165ºF.
