Directions

1. Place all ingredients into jar, except the artichokes.
2. Using the plunger lid, blend on speed 8 for 30 seconds.
3. Add in artichokes and pulse for 10 seconds.

4. Pour contents into a dish and bake for 10 minutes on 350°F.

5. Serve with pita bread or crackers and enjoy.
