YIELD: 1 qt
2 c whole milk
2 c half & half
3 c Parmesan cheese, grated
2 oz cream cheese
6 cloves garlic, minced
Sea salt White pepper, ground
Combine all ingredients in pressure cooker. Close and lock lid. Set cooker to “soup”, adjust time to 7 minutes, and press “start/stop”.
When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid.
Carefully open lid and stir until sauce thickens.
Allow sauce to cool. Pour into a bottle or jar.
